CAFFPACK Launch Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The CAFFPACK Launch Giveaway consists of nine separate monthly sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
1. Sponsor
The CAFFPACK Launch Giveaway (each monthly sweepstakes, a “Monthly Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by:

CAFFPACK INC., a Delaware corporation, is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
Houston Jones is participating solely in connection with the prizes described below and is not the sponsor or administrator of the Monthly Giveaways.
2. Promotion Duration and Separate Monthly Giveaways
The overall promotion begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 30, 2027.
The promotion consists of nine separate Monthly Giveaways. Each Monthly Giveaway has its own:
- Monthly Entry Period;
- Entrant pool;
- Random drawing; and
- Prizes.
After a Monthly Entry Period closes:
- Entries will not carry forward into another month;
- Non-winning entrants will not automatically be entered into a future Monthly Giveaway; and
- A person must enter again during a subsequent Monthly Entry Period to be eligible for that month’s drawing.
The nine Monthly Entry Periods are:
- August 16 at 3:00 p.m.–August 31, 2026;
- September 1–September 30, 2026;
- October 1–October 31, 2026;
- November 1–November 30, 2026;
- December 1–December 31, 2026;
- January 1–January 31, 2027;
- February 1–February 28, 2027;
- March 1–March 31, 2027; and
- April 1–April 30, 2027.
Except for the first Monthly Entry Period, each Monthly Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first stated day and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final stated day.
No additional Monthly Giveaways are included or promised under these Official Rules after April 30, 2027.
Any giveaway offered after April 30, 2027 will constitute a new and separate promotion governed by separate official rules.
The Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping device for the promotion.
3. Eligibility
Each Monthly Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who, at the time of entry:
- Are at least eighteen years old;
- Have reached the legal age of majority in their state or district of residence; and
- Satisfy all requirements contained in these Official Rules.
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor;
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of any entity involved in administering, advertising or fulfilling the promotion;
- Houston Jones and his employees, representatives and agents;
- Immediate family members of any ineligible person, including spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses; and
- People living in the same household as an ineligible person, whether related or not.
A person confirmed as a winner of a CAFFPACK Monthly Giveaway will not be eligible to win another CAFFPACK Monthly Giveaway during this promotion.
The promotion is void outside the fifty United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility is subject to verification by the Sponsor.
4. How to Enter
During each applicable Monthly Entry Period, an eligible person may enter using either of the following methods.
A. Automatic purchase entry
Complete a valid purchase of any CAFFPACK product through www.caffpack.com during the applicable Monthly Entry Period and provide a valid name and email address during checkout.
The eligible purchaser identified in the order will receive one entry into the applicable Monthly Giveaway.
Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, unauthorized or chargeback transactions may be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor may remove an automatic entry if the purchaser asks not to participate.
B. Free online entry
Visit www.caffpack.com/giveaway during the applicable Monthly Entry Period and complete the free entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid name and email address.
No purchase, payment, mailing cost, marketing subscription or consent to receive advertising is required to use the free entry method.
Free entries and purchase entries:
- Receive equal treatment;
- Have equal chances of winning;
- Are included in the same random drawing;
- Are subject to the same eligibility requirements; and
- Must be received by the same deadline.
Purchasing a CAFFPACK product, purchasing multiple products or spending more money will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Entry Limit
There is a limit of one entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of:
- Entry method;
- Number of products purchased;
- Number of orders placed;
- Number of entry forms submitted;
- Number of email addresses, accounts or devices used; or
- Whether the entrant attempts to use both entry methods.
If a person submits multiple entries, only the first eligible entry received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period will be counted. Subsequent entries may be disregarded.
Entrants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, devices or other methods to circumvent the entry limit.
Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, automated systems, artificial-intelligence agents, bulk-entry services or other automated methods are prohibited.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, late, misdirected, fraudulent, deceptive, manipulated or otherwise non-compliant may be disqualified.
In the event of a dispute concerning an entrant’s identity, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, subject to verification. A potential winner may be required to prove that they are the authorized account holder.
6. Agreement to Official Rules
Submitting an entry constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to:
- These Official Rules;
- The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy;
- The Sponsor’s reasonable eligibility and identity-verification procedures; and
- The Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the applicable Monthly Giveaway.
The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A conspicuous link to these Official Rules will be displayed on the free entry form and presented in connection with automatic purchase entries.
7. Monthly Prizes
For each of the nine Monthly Giveaways, ten winners will each receive:
- One CAFFPACK product package selected by the Sponsor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$50; and
- One virtual call with Houston Jones lasting up to ten minutes, subject to Houston Jones’ availability, reasonable scheduling requirements and the conditions contained in these Official Rules.
The virtual call is a promotional experience that is not ordinarily offered for sale and has no established retail value.
The total ARV of the CAFFPACK product prizes offered during each Monthly Giveaway is US$500.
A total of ninety CAFFPACK product packages will be offered during the entire promotion. The aggregate ARV of all CAFFPACK product prizes offered from August 16, 2026 through April 30, 2027 is US$4,500.
The precise contents, quantities and flavours included in each CAFFPACK package may be selected by the Sponsor and may vary based on inventory availability. Each package or substituted product prize will have an ARV of at least US$50.
Any difference between a prize’s stated ARV and its actual value will not be awarded.
The Sponsor will not increase the number or value of prizes offered under these Official Rules if doing so would increase the promotion’s aggregate announced prize value above US$4,500.
8. Virtual Call Conditions
The virtual call will take place through a video or voice communication platform selected by the Sponsor.
The winner must:
- Have access to a compatible device and adequate internet connection;
- Cooperate reasonably with scheduling;
- Attend the call at the agreed date and time;
- Conduct themselves appropriately; and
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by the Sponsor or Houston Jones.
Unless otherwise approved in writing, the call:
- Is limited to the confirmed winner;
- May not be transferred, assigned or sold;
- May not be recorded, streamed, broadcast, reproduced or commercially exploited;
- Does not include any promise of ongoing communication, endorsement, employment, collaboration or business relationship; and
- Does not require Houston Jones to perform any challenge, activity or request.
Houston Jones and the Sponsor may refuse or immediately end a call involving abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, dangerous, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange the call. If a winner fails to attend an agreed call without reasonable advance notice, the call portion of the prize may be forfeited.
If Houston Jones is temporarily unavailable, the Sponsor may reschedule the call. If the call becomes permanently unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may provide a reasonable substitute prize.
9. Random Drawings and Odds
For each Monthly Giveaway, ten potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
Each drawing will ordinarily take place on or about the fifth business day following the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or a representative designated by the Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
Purchase and free entries will be included in the same random drawing and have equal chances of being selected.
No entrant will be awarded more than one prize during the promotion.
10. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their entries.
A potential winner must respond within seven calendar days following the Sponsor’s first notification attempt. The Sponsor is not responsible if a notification is filtered as spam, blocked, misdirected, undeliverable or sent to an inaccurate email address supplied by the entrant.
Before being confirmed, a potential winner may be required to:
- Verify their identity, age, residence and eligibility;
- Provide a valid mailing address;
- Complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
- Complete a liability release;
- Complete a publicity release where lawful;
- Complete applicable tax documentation; and
- Satisfy other reasonable verification requirements.
A potential winner may be disqualified if they:
- Fail to respond within the required period;
- Cannot be contacted;
- Fail to establish eligibility;
- Fail to return required documents on time;
- Provide false, incomplete or inconsistent information;
- Decline the prize;
- Violate these Official Rules; or
- Are otherwise unable lawfully to receive the prize.
If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
A person is not a winner until the Sponsor has completed its verification process and expressly confirmed that person as a winner.
11. Prize Delivery, Taxes and Restrictions
The Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs to deliver the physical prize to a valid address within the fifty United States or District of Columbia.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because a winner provided an incorrect or incomplete address or failed to claim or accept delivery.
All federal, state and local taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
Prizes:
- Are non-transferable;
- May not be assigned, sold or exchanged;
- Are not redeemable for cash;
- Must be accepted as awarded; and
- Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.
The Sponsor may substitute a product prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised product becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The Sponsor will not award more prizes than the number stated in these Official Rules.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice and prize information for purposes of administering, reporting and promoting the Monthly Giveaway without additional compensation or approval.
Nothing in this section requires a winner to participate in advertising where affirmative consent is required by applicable law.
The Sponsor may request, but will not require unless separately agreed, photographs, testimonials or other promotional content from winners.
13. Privacy and Communications
Information collected in connection with a Monthly Giveaway may be used to:
- Administer the Monthly Giveaway;
- Process and verify entries;
- Communicate with entrants and potential winners;
- Confirm eligibility;
- Prevent fraud and enforce these Official Rules;
- Deliver prizes;
- Maintain legally required records; and
- Comply with the Sponsor’s legal obligations.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at privacy-policy.
Entering through the free entry method does not require an entrant to subscribe to marketing communications. Any opportunity to receive marketing communications must be presented separately and must be optional.
Information submitted in connection with an eligible purchase may also be processed as necessary to complete the transaction, provide customer service and satisfy the Sponsor’s legal and contractual obligations.
14. General Conditions
The Sponsor may take reasonable measures to protect the integrity and proper administration of the promotion.
The Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it reasonably determines has:
- Tampered with the entry process or operation of the promotion;
- Attempted to obtain additional entries;
- Used fraudulent, deceptive or abusive methods;
- Interfered with another person’s participation;
- Provided false information;
- Violated these Official Rules;
- Acted in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner; or
- Attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of a Monthly Giveaway.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, legal restrictions, force majeure or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper administration of a Monthly Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the affected Monthly Giveaway.
If reasonably possible and lawful, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment occurred.
The Sponsor will not modify the material terms of an active Monthly Giveaway in a way that materially disadvantages existing entrants, except where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or address circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
15. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:
- The Sponsor;
- Houston Jones;
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube;
- Any entity involved in administering, advertising or fulfilling the promotion; and
- Their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and representatives,
collectively, the “Released Parties,” from claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or relating to:
- Participation or attempted participation in the promotion;
- Acceptance, possession, delivery, use or misuse of a prize;
- Technical, network, hardware, software or communication failures;
- Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or undeliverable entries or communications;
- Unauthorized human intervention;
- Errors in administration, printing, advertising or winner notification; or
- Cancellation, delay, modification or substitution permitted under these Official Rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from a Released Party’s fraud, willful misconduct or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
If an error results in more potential winners being notified than the number of available prizes, the Sponsor may conduct a random drawing among the affected eligible potential winners to award the advertised number of prizes.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform.
By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube from claims and liability relating to the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entrants understand that information submitted in connection with the promotion is being provided to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
Questions, comments and complaints concerning the promotion must be directed to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
17. Governing Law
These Official Rules and each Monthly Giveaway will be governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Official Rules deprives an entrant of mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that entrant.
Subject to those mandatory rights, any legal proceeding arising from the promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that or another provision later.
Section headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
19. Winners List
To request the first name, last initial, city and state of the confirmed winners for a particular Monthly Giveaway, email support@caffpack.com with the subject line:
CAFFPACK Monthly Giveaway Winners List
Requests must identify the applicable month and must be received within ninety days after the relevant Monthly Entry Period ends.
The Sponsor may limit the information disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect winner privacy or comply with applicable law.
