CAFFPACK Launch Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The CAFFPACK Launch Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by CAFFPACK INC., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as members of the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on [End Date] (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by either:

  • Automatic Entry: Purchasing any eligible CAFFPACK product from www.caffpack.com.
  • Free Entry: Completing the free online entry form at www.caffpack.com/giveaway by submitting a valid name and email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway, regardless of entry method. If an entrant submits multiple entries or enters using both methods, only the first eligible entry received will be counted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchasing a product does not improve the odds of winning.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify entrant eligibility and to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, false, automated, scripted, bulk, or otherwise non-compliant entries.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) CAFFPACK product package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$50.
  • One (1) exclusive virtual call with Houston Jones, lasting up to ten (10) minutes, during which the winner may ask Houston questions. The call is subject to Houston Jones’ availability and reasonable scheduling.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within that period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require winners to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release before a prize is awarded.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Houston Jones, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries, technical failures, internet interruptions, or other errors affecting participation.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Winner List

To request the first name, last initial, and state of the winners, send an email to support@caffpack.com within ninety (90) days after the Giveaway Period ends.
